Unheard to many, most furniture rental companies offer option to own the furnitures at the end of the rental lease with an additional nominal payment/ costs. Make sure you ask the leasing furniture executive about this buy-back option.

Landlord can also benefit from this option. Instead of buying furnitures to furnish your property, you can rent furniture from these companies for a period of say, 2 years and exercise the option to buy-over at the end of 2 year lease. You save on huge captial outlay for buying furniture and the rental taxable income.
